At Rose Valley Jack Russells we have an open door policy for all of our puppies. If for any reason you become unable to provide a home or care for your Jack Russell Terrier, you may return your dog at any time during his/her life. We do not want any of our dogs to end up homeless or put in a shelter/dog pound. We will be happy to take the dog back.

All of our puppies leave with a health certificate from a licensed vet to assure you they are healthy. However, all puppies come with a 1 year Health Guarantee of any genetic defects that are life threatening. We take pride in the health of our puppies!

 If your puppy were to pass away due to a genetic defect within 1 year of the purchase date, we will gladly give you another pup when available (at no additional cost) with proof from a licensed vet stating that the puppy passed away due to a genetic defect.
